The Town Council is looking into the possibility of providing around 25 allotments in the town, probably in Central Ward, from Spring 2022 onwards.
Before a firm commitment can be given to any specific site, Councillors are keen to see how many residents are interested as it is vital that there is sufficient demand for the project to allow further work to take place.
This is not a waiting list in itself but all enquirers will be kept fully informed as matters progress.
